The Training Division of AquaTerra Solutions Ltd has bolstered its operational success for delivering health and safety related courses to clients across the globe.
The month of September, has seen Instructors from AquaTerra Training travel to Curacao, Singapore, Mozambique, Bremen, Stavanger, Ghana and the North Sea.
The news comes as AquaTerra plans its strategy to build on its world-class reputation for delivering a range of courses including Work at Height, Confined Space, Rigging and Lifting, Dangerous Goods and NEBOSH.
AquaTerra Training Director, Mark Pearce, commented: ‘We now have over 48 courses on offer and delivering them on an international scale enforces our position as a global leader.’
Training providers are seeing a boom time as Pearce added that client companies certainly aren’t compromising on their employee’s capability growth: ‘whilst we have regular course bookings at our bespoke training facilities in Aberdeen and base in West Africa, the international spread highlights our client’s growing need to also have training delivered on their own assets no matter the distance or operational logistics involved.’
It’s a wonderful position to be able to offer both our clients and our instructors the option of delivering training at our 30,000sq foot modern, bespoke training facility or on client’s vessels, rigs and facilities internationally.’
The last year has been triumphant for AquaTerra since they invested over £3million in its Kintore facility, which they moved to in November 2011. In that time AquaTerra Training has acquired its first company, tripled its training portfolio, significantly increased its staffing numbers and has continued to show year on year turnover growth of 50%.
Predominantly providing training to the oil and gas industry, AquaTerra Training also delivers comprehensive and bespoke courses to those in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power generation, marine, renewable energy, communications, transportation and civil engineering sectors.
